The awards and incentives program is designed to continually motivate and inspire each team member during all phases of their physical and emotional development with the team. In addition to the ribbons and medals awarded by the league for swim meet performances, Potomac Marlin swimmers are recognized by the coaching staff and the team at the end of each season for their competitive achievements. All team members are eligible to receive motivational practice and swim meet incentives during the course of the season for reaching standardized U.S.S. milestones and individual goals.
