The policies of the Potomac Marlins address a broad spectrum of issues that aid in the development of a fair, productive, and safe team environment, as well as a successful swimming team!
All coaches and swimmers MUST abide by the policies of the Potomac Marlins.
In the case of unforeseen situations or circumstances that are not covered within the policies, the head coaches reserve the right to make case by case decisions in the best interest of both the team and the business.
