All Registrations require members to use the on-line registration form and submit their $300 registration deposit by Credit Card.

Balances on Earlybird payments must be made BY CHECK only, and postmarked by the advertised Early Bird deadline, June 19, 2010. Earlybird balance payments will not be accepted by Credit Card. Balance Team Payments must be made by September 30th, 2010 by Credit Card or Check.

TEAM FEE includes 2010-11 Team OUTFITTING PACKAGE for all programs except Stroke ScH2Ool.
