Cub Run AGE GROUP SELECT Program Notes:
The 4.00 practice group has two components;
- It is an AGE GROUP SELECT program for swimmers 12 and under and it is a SENIOR PREP program for swimmers 13-14. There is not an option for 13-14's as Age Group swimmers.
- Twelve and under swimmers need to meet the AGE GROUP development guidelines and 13-14s need to meet the Senior prep guidelines as defined on the website: http://www.potomacmarlins.com/REGISTRATION/GENERAL/progressions.htm
- All swimmers in the CR 4:00 practice group are required to be registered as 11 month swimmers.
- All swimmers who are new to the group for 2011-12 must contact Coach Steve PRIOR to registration so that you can arrange a practice or two with him prior to committing to this practice group.
- Coach Approval is required PRIOR to registration.
- We realize that the on line registration will allow any swimmer to register for the group and that it will allow you to register with a 9 month option. Please do not try to register for this group if you don't have coach approval, if you are the wrong age or if you don't meet the progression guide lines.
