• Small Class Size - ( 3-4 coaches per class)
  10:1 or better swimmer-to-instructor ratio insures a high level of individual attention and feedback. Instructors know and remember each swimmer and their needs.

• In-Water Instructors
  Instructors are in the water demonstrating, analyzing underwater strokes, helping make mid- lap corrections and providing motivational support and encouragement.

• Stroke Technique Video Presentations
  Instructors use and critique state-of-the-art U.S. Swimming videos on starts, turns, and all four competitive strokes prior to each stroke technique session.
