The Marlin Stroke Workshop is held in the spring of each year. It is a non-USA Swimming affiliated program open to all swimmers interested in improving their understanding and physical performance of current competitive swimming technique. The 2011 class will be held on Friday evenings from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. at the NOVA Jewish Community Center in Springfield/Annandale (Intersection of Guinea Rd. and Little River). The classes will be conducted by Potomac Marlins Head Coaches, Barry Marlin, Bill Marlin, and Marlins assistant coaches. The 2011 assistant coaches are Scott Bryant, Bruce Peters and Matt Cervarich. Video presentations from 6:00-6:30 p.m. (sharp). Please contact Barry Marlin, potomacmarlins@comcast.net if you have any questions concerning class schedules and dates.
NOTE: The 2012 Spring Workshop schedule will be posted in January 2012. registration will begin at that time.

*Registrations for each session are limited by class size restrictions and are, therefore, taken on a first come basis. Registration for the 2011 class begins February 1st, 2011.
