Program Description

Offered in three 10-week sessions.

  • Session #1  (10 weeks):  September 8, 2025 through November 14, 2025
     
  • Session #2 (10 weeks):  December 1, 2025 through Dec. 19, 2025  ( 2-week Holiday Break)  January 5, 2026 through February 20, 2026
     
  • Session #3 (10 weeks):  March 9, 2026 through March 27, 2026 (1- week Spring Break) April 6, 2026 through May 22, 2026
     
  • Swimmers may chose multiple sessions at registration.
     
  • 1, 2 or 3 practics per week are offered in each session.  Chart will indicate when specific days are FULL.
     
  • Focus on developing & maintaining cardiovascular base and stroke technique refinement.
  • SWIMMERS ARE ELIGIBLE & ENCOURAGED TO COMPETE IN USAS MEETS.  See coach for details.
  • Swimmers must be at the AGSD ( Age Groups Stroke Development) or higher ability level.  Age 7-14. 
    Eligibility:  6 X 50 freestyle on 1:30.   Ability to do 50 of each stroke without stopping.  Reasonable understanding of the symmetry of breaststroke and butterfly kicks and arm stroke. 
  • Ability levels will be separated by lane within the practices.

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN APPROXIMATELY 1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS OF EACH SESSION.  Registrations taken on a first come basis.  Priority is not given to the swimmers in the preceeding class.
